These values guide how we work together, serve our customers, and continue to grow. The job: You'll help fill the jobs that keep our trucks rolling across Florida, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. Most of those are drivers and yard techs. You'll screen candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and move each new hire through our pre-employment steps until they're confirmed to start. It's a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who likes people, phones and keeping details straight. What You’ll Do Post and refresh job ads, and source candidates on job boards and through referrals Review applications and phone-screen candidates, then send qualified ones to hiring managers Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers updated at every step Coordinate driver's license insurance reviews, offer letters in Paycor and the online pre-hire application Track testing, background checks and start dates, and follow up on anything that stalls Keep candidate status current in Paycor and our trackers, and send welcome and first-day emails Coordinate with HR and department leads to organize onboarding schedules and ensure regulatory compliance. Help prepare weekly recruiting updates for the regional meetings What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years in recruiting, HR, staffing or another high-volume coordinator role Comfortable on the phone all day, with clear, friendly communication Highly organized: you can juggle dozens of candidates at different stages without dropping one Experience with an applicant tracking system (Paycor preferred) and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams Experience recruiting drivers, CDL or skilled trades a plus High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
