About the Role

Civica Law Group is looking for a part-time Criminal Prosecuting Attorney with an active California Bar license to join our team. This role will work on criminal prosecution matters for public-agency clients. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain exposure to a variety of issues involving public safety, code enforcement, and local government.

What You'll Do

Handle criminal prosecution legal matters for public-agency clients Conduct legal research and analyze legal and factual issues Prepare for and participate in hearings and court proceedings Work with attorneys and paralegals on case preparation and strategy Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders Stay current on relevant laws and legal developments What We're Looking For Active California State Bar license in good standing Experience in criminal prosecution, civil litigation, or a related practice area Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong communication skills and sound judgment Interest in local government, public safety, or code enforcement Compensation: $60/hour – $75/hour Salary $60 - $75 per hour
