Night Shift MET Technician Location: Leeds Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 44 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | 6:00pm - 6:00am Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: Up to £48,384

Key Responsibilities

Remove damaged vehicle components in line with repair estimates Refit repaired or replacement parts to manufacturer standards Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards Achieve estimated repair times and productivity targets Identify and report any additional faults or damage found during repairs Accurately record all parts, materials and consumables used throughout the repair process Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times Requirements About You ATA accredited or NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) Previous experience as a MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Good understanding of health and safety requirements Able to work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards Benefits Benefits £48,384 Basic Salary £4,500 Night Shift Allowance Time-Saved Bonus Scheme 33 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays) Health Cash Plan Enhanced Family-Friendly Policies Life Assurance Free Breakfasts & Fresh Fruit Employee Recognition & Reward Programmes Ongoing Training & Career Development
