Supported by established optical stores, the businesses benefit from strong cross-referral opportunities and a collaborative partnership environment. With experienced support already in place, you can focus on leading and growing the businesses while shaping their future success. Key Highlights Established audiology businesses operating successfully for over 5+ years Existing customer base and strong local community presence Supported by a established optical stores, providing consistent cross-referral opportunities Work alongside experienced Optical and Retail Partners Supported by an employed Audiology Clinic Manager who oversees day to day operations Supported by an employed clinician, providing immediate clinical continuity and customer care Backed by a dedicated retail team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience Opportunity to focus on leadership, clinical excellence and business growth rather than building a clinic from the ground up What You'll Receive Financial & Career Growth Guaranteed salary of $120,000 plus superannuation (paid fortnightly) Monthly profit share once the business reaches profitability Long term equity in the business you help grow Professional Development Comprehensive 2.
