24 - 32 HR RN Case Manager - Vna Home Health Care - Arlington & Belmont Area Needham MA

VNA Care is hiring a RN Case Manager to join our team for 24-32 hours per week. This position will cover patient visits in the Arlington and Belmont areas. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the medical attention, support, and services they need to thrive.

Salary range: $86,000 - $129,00 for a full-time schedule, would need to adjust for a part time schedule. Schedules: Work three to five days, 8a-2p or 8a-4:30p, Monday
