We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cookie Maker to join our bakery team and help create the perfect sweet treats that complement our sandwiches.**Position Summary:**The Cookie Maker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of cookies in accordance with Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches’ quality standards and recipes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a love for baking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to create cookies, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Measure, mix, and bake cookie dough, adhering to established guidelines and baking times.
• Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and times as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Decorate cookies with icing, sprinkles, or other toppings to enhance presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking and ordering baking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Baker and other team members to develop new cookie recipes and offerings.
• Participate in quality control checks to maintain the highest product standards.
• Provide excellent customer service in line with Baggin's core values when interacting with customers or assisting in the front of the house.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve baking techniques and recipes.Qualifications:- Previous experience in baking or pastry production is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of cookie recipes and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
