Responsabilities Provide professional and timely support to customers through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.

Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while ensuring a positive customer experience. Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Escalate complex cases when required and follow up until resolution is achieved. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Support administrative and operational activities related to customer service processes.
