From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care. Experience providing direct care to the elderly, preferred. Ability to read, write, understand and carry out directions.
