We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Shift Managers to join our Little Caesars team across Oahu. As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, deliver outstanding guest service, and create a positive, high-performing work environment. What You'll Do

As a Shift Manager, you will support restaurant leadership by: Leading and directing Team Members during assigned shifts Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally Ensuring product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained Supervising food preparation, production, and service execution Opening and closing the restaurant according to company standards Managing cash handling, deposits, and daily shift reporting Monitoring labor, productivity, and operational performance during shifts Training, coaching, and developing Team Members Promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Maintaining compliance with company policies and local health regulations Assisting with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and stocking Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts as directed Performing other duties as assigned Why Join Us?
