Patient Services Representative

At Midwest Eye Consultants, the patient experience starts with you! Our Patient Services Representatives help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

In this role, you’ll greet patients, collect important information for their visits, and help keep the administrative side of our practice running smoothly. You’ll also support patient accounts, collect co-pays, and submit insurance claims. Your attention to detail and friendly approach will help patients feel supported throughout their visit.
