Job description
Provide for the growth and profit of Lift Power, Inc. by contacting existing and potential customers to promote sales of Dock & Door equipment. Develop sales for specified products within the assigned territory. Handle customer concerns and complaints.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Call on potential customers to develop new business for Dock & Door

Respond to all inquiries from users, contractors, and suppliers

Follow up leads and submit quotes & bids in a timely manner

Visit contractor’s jobsites and meet with job superintendents and project managers
-
This includes attending the weekly subcontractor meetings (while you can attend either in person or virtually, we would expect most to be in person)

The job superintendents have an important voice in how we performed which affect who gets the next job

To contractors and end users

This will require training both from Department Manager as well as attending factory sales schools

Organize proposal data for review with D&D support staff

Accept new duties and responsibilities when they are assigned.

Input and maintain all new opportunities, quotes, and activity in CRM

Maintain a high degree of communication about customer proposals with the sales support staff

Maintain positive communication with company managers.

Present a professional image in personal appearance and dress

Conduct all business relationships in accordance with Lift Power’s policies and procedures
