CDL-A VACUUM TANKER DRIVER – OILFIELD Karnes City, TX $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | BID/LOAD PAY | ASSIGNED TRUCKS – NO SLIP SEATING K-3BMI is hiring experienced CDL-A Vacuum Tanker Drivers for our Karnes City, TX operations. We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who understand oilfield operations, vacuum tanker equipment, and fluid hauling.

PAY & SCHEDULE Most driver earnings are based on bid/load pay Applicable bid/load rates are communicated before each job $23/hour when hourly pay applies Overtime after 40 hours when applicable $1,000 sign-on bonus Weekly pay Assigned trucks – no slip seating Regional oilfield hauling Sleeper cab trucks Overnight stays required depending on loads and customer needs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate vacuum tankers and other assigned commercial equipment Transport fluids and materials to and from oilfield customer locations Properly operate vacuum systems, pumps, hoses, and related equipment Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELogs and required transportation documentation Follow dispatch instructions and customer requirements Comply with all company safety policies and DOT/FMCSA regulations Maintain assigned equipment and promptly report mechanical or safety concerns PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT This is an active oilfield driving position, not a drop-and-hook trucking job.

Drivers must be able to perform physical work, with or without reasonable accommodation, including climbing in and out of equipment, connecting and handling hoses, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and walking on uneven surfaces. Work is performed outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience Vacuum tanker experience required Oilfield experience required Must be at least 25 years old Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background Must be able to safely operate manual-transmission trucks Must meet all applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements Must pass required pre-employment screenings, including Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements Must complete a company-required physical and DOT medical examination at a company-approved clinic, even with a current DOT medical card Must be willing to stay overnight when required by regional loads and customer needs Must be physically capable of performing essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including handling hoses, climbing equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
