How You’ll Make a Difference As a District Manager, you’ll lead multiple branches and the people who power them. You’ll set the standard for performance, safety, and service—helping each location run strong, grow responsibly, and take care of both customers and teammates. Your leadership will shape culture, strengthen teams, and drive results that matter.
What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and support branch managers to deliver strong performance, grow revenue, and meet P&L goals Build capable teams through training, development, and hands-on leadership across operations, sales, and service Champion safety, consistency, and customer-first service across all locations Use data, field insights, and cross-functional partnerships to guide decisions and keep branches aligned and moving forward What You’ll Bring Proven multi-site leadership experience including multi-site P&L responsibilities, and a track record of developing strong teams within the equipment rental industry Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and making sound decisions A hands-on, people-first leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills A willingness to travel regularly, stay connected to the field, and lead by example What We'll Discuss in the Interview Come prepared to discuss your experience managing a multi-site operation -- With full P&L accountability Bring examples of how you can help our emerging company grow and mature Share how you prioritize safety and encourage others to do the same Be ready to share how you encourage, respect, and hold team members accountable Job Details Pay Type: Salary
