Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Complete a thorough multipoint inspection on every vehicle, accurately documenting findings and recommended services.
• Perform authorized repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Clearly document diagnostic results, repairs performed, and supporting information on repair orders.
• Communicate with service advisors and the parts department regarding repair needs, required parts, and completion times.
• Verify repair quality and confirm that customer concerns have been addressed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stay current with applicable technical information and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician certification and previous dealership service experience.
• Volkswagen or Audi experience and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage assigned work effectively while maintaining quality and productivity.
