What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and residents' dietary needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Properly receive, store, and rotate food and kitchen supplies.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Follow instructions for special diets and individual dietary requirements.
• Work cooperatively with team members to keep meal service running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary instructions.
• Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• A current food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one as required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $12–$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Hours: Approximately 20–25 per week.
• Shifts: Primarily mornings.

Shift times may vary according to resident meal schedules and kitchen needs.
