Job description

Description The Maintenance/HVAC Technician is responsible for performing advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted facility operations. This position serves as the entry to mid-level maintenance technician and is expected to work independently, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and support in maintaining operational excellence throughout the facility.

We are willing to help train and work with those who have entry level experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

Requirements

What you'll do

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and BAS Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment Complete work orders and keep maintenance records/logs up to date Respond to service calls and emergencies, including some after-hours/on-call support Support facility projects (installs, upgrades, repairs) and coordinate with vendors onsite Track spare parts/supplies and flag reorder needs Follow safety protocols (LOTO, OSHA, confined space, fall protection) We will help train those willing to learn and expand their skills Schedule is Sunday through Thursday What you need High school diploma/GED (trade school a plus) 1-3 years commercial/industrial maintenance experience HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge Can read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals CMMS experience preferred Valid driver's license Physical demands Comfortable standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Able to work in varying conditions, indoors/outdoors, and respond to occasional emergencies after hours
