Position Overview
The Sr. AI Enablement Partner is responsible for end user adoption and support of Enterprise AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) across the organization. This role supports training, community building, and communications to enable responsible, effective AI tool usage. The Sr. AI Enablement Partner serves as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for user issues, coordinating across IT support teams.
This role ensures users can effectively and safely use Enterprise AI tools within established governance, compliance, and data protection policies. In addition to technical understanding of AI tools, this role requires: User empathy, structured troubleshooting, clear written and verbal communication, change agility, judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and a continuous improvement mindset.
A Day in the Life
Adoption, Training & Self-Service Enablement Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise AI tools and usage policies. Create and maintain AI knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to guides, and playbooks. Partner with business leaders to develop use-case guides tailored by function (HR, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, etc.)
Deliver “office hours,” short trainings, and coaching sessions to improve user outcomes and confidence. Support champion networks and identify super-users; amplify best practices and success stories. Governance & Safe Use Support Reinforce responsible use, data protection, and acceptable use guidelines for AI tools. Escalate concerns involving sensitive data exposure, policy violations, or suspicious behavior to Security/Compliance teams following established procedures.
Assist in communicating governance updates (e.g., changes in settings/policies). Access, Licensing & Entitlement Support Coordinate and validate AI tool licensing requests, assignments, and removals in line with policy and approvals. Assist with user onboarding/offboarding for AI tool capabilities, including entitlement checks and functional readiness.
Track license utilization and highlight opportunities for optimization and reallocation. End User Support & Incident Management Provide support for Enterprise AI tool user issues (access, functionality, performance, etc.) Document incidents, resolutions, and known errors; contribute to problem management and root cause analysis trends.
Support escalation cases with vendors or internal engineering teams; gather evidence, log issues, support testing, and create business impact summaries. Service Improvement & Reporting Track support metrics (ticket volume, resolution time, top issues) and recommend improvements. Identify recurring issues and partner with Vendors and IT support teams to drive fixes.
Provide adoption signals (qualitative and quantitative) to product owners and stakeholders. Contribute to Enterprise AI roadmap. You'll Come With Experience: 5+ years of program management or management consulting experience, including technical program management or project delivery. Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI assistants.
Experience with change management, adoption/enablement programs, champions networks, and training facilitation. Skills and Abilities: Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive). Strong customer service orientation with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences at all levels.

Compensation
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00
