Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Sales Executives to work at retail stores and mall outlets dealing with gold, food, and toys. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support billing, payment processing, and other sales-related activities.

Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper store organization. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases. Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotional offers.
