Human Resources Representative

Supports the organization’s human capital strategies to effectively attract, retain and reward talent and foster diversity by acting as a valued partner and consultant to assigned business units. Actively networks and performs recruiting activities. Stays abreast of employment related legislation while monitoring and implementing human resource related federal and state requirements to ensure legal compliance in policies, procedures, and practices.

Advises management in appropriate resolutions related to staffing needs, discipline, and personnel actions while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation. Recommends and approves personnel actions that support business unit and company goals.
