Job description
The opportunity BOOST is recruiting for an analytical, client-facing Client Revenue & Relations Specialist reporting to the VP of Business Development. The role turns signed relationships into performing revenue, knows assigned accounts, maintains approved account information, identifies material shortfalls and retention risks, coordinates commercial follow-through and uncovers profitable growth.
Responsibility continues after activation.
What you will do
Help move new clients from signed agreement through complete setup, approved payer and location participation, and verified initial revenue performance. Own portfolio performance analysis and revenue recovery: validate what was sold and agreed, compare expected and actual volume/revenue by participating location, TIN and payer, investigate material gaps and maintain a clear action plan with verified outcomes.
Coordinate client actions and internal recovery commitments, obtain findings from accountable departments, and verify the commercial result without taking over payer follow-up, production queues or technical repairs. Proactively identify and qualify client growth opportunities such as additional locations, states, payers, and claim types.
Maintain trusted client relationships, communicate validated results, act on meaningful risks and opportunities, and support the VP of Business Development’s strategic Enterprise relationships and approved commitments. Use Salesforce and approved reports to keep priorities, blockers, outcomes, next actions and due dates current.
Maintain ordinary approved client account, location, contact and user information within authorized permissions; coordinate complex imports with Technology and flag recurring problems to the accountable function. This is not a meeting-quota or payer-follow-up position. Client activity is guided by agreed service commitments, account conditions and commercial value.
What you bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with business numbers and investigating missing information. Clear, confident and professional client communication; excellent coordination and follow-through. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, document decisions and work across teams.
Willingness to learn specialized BOOST systems, healthcare revenue and payer processes. Demonstrated professional experience in account management, client relations, revenue operations, business analysis, or a related role, with the ability to analyze performance information and coordinate solutions. How success is measured Successful activation of assigned accounts; timely identification and resolution of revenue risk; evidence-backed expansion development; and reliable client commitments, reporting and approved controls.
Training and career development Structured training includes real-account audit exercises, supervised assignments and independently prepared account analyses reviewed by the VP of Business Development. Progression toward independent work depends on demonstrated judgment and verified results. Any future Manager role depends on organizational needs and is not a guaranteed promotion.
Work arrangement This position is primarily office-based. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs, the employee’s experience, training requirements, and management approval. Any approved arrangement is subject to ongoing business and performance expectations. Work schedule The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility as needed to accommodate client meetings and business requirements.
Travel requirements Minimal travel is anticipated. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, or other business-related events.
Compensation
$70,000. This position also offers a target annual incentive opportunity of $10,000, with a maximum annual opportunity of $15,000. Incentive eligibility, performance criteria, and payout terms are subject to final approval of the incentive plan.
