The County of Volusia is seeking a part-time Bridgetender for the Road & Bridge Division. This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining a draw bridge to ensure the safe passage of water traffic. The candidate must be able to operate a drawbridge properly and safely in accordance to the regulations of the United States Coast Guard and with the State of Florida statutes.

Candidate must be able to complete bridge logs, maintain daily reports and communicate with a Very High Frequency (VHF) Marine radio.
