We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the role of our Community Support Specialist. If you are adept at multi-tasking and embrace playing an integral role in changing the lives of the youth we want to talk to you! This Position Will: Provides home and community-based service coordination, case management, crisis intervention and prevention services to youth and families in order to reunify, preserve, and/or stabilize families and divert or minimize involvement in child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems or inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or a high school diploma with a minimum of five years documented experience in mental health or human services DESIRED:
2. Prior case management and/or crisis intervention experience
3. Experience working with state agencies such as DCFS, probation, DHS & HFS
