Sales Intern

Support lead generation activities, including research, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate client and pipeline information Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for client meetings Participate in client calls and meetings, taking notes and following up on action items Support the coordination of demos and product walkthroughs for prospective clients Build working knowledge of ABC's Zoho product suite to support technical conversations with prospects Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed Requirements A recent graduate in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Computing, or a related discipline Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts and software solutions to non-technical audiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in technology sales, business development, or client-facing technical roles Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with basic software tools (e.
