Description We’re hiring a compassionate RN / LPN to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Scott City, KS community - this is the newest program in the state of Kansas set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November / 2025! Role : Program Director – (This position will have 2 direct reports.)
Location : Scott City, Kansas Setting : Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP) Population : Older Adults, Ages 65+ Salaried + Benefit Eligible! Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends) You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!
Responsibilities
Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population. Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.) Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources Growing and maintaining patient census Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines Other duties as assigned Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday No Weekends No On-Call 7 Paid Holidays Off Per Year Competitive Benefits: Practically Free Vision & Dental Medical Starting As Low As $70/Month Matching 401k

Requirements
Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required Other Upon an applicant’s request, the Company will consider a reasonable accommodation.
