Production Chemist

Job Requirements: Plan shifts and align with other shift leads; * Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members. * Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts. * Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work. * Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production. Job qualification/experience Degree in Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology / or any related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment.

Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines. Organized in documentation. Able to supervise and train production workers. Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health. Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
