Senior Associate (Structured Issuance)

What it's about Partners Group is looking for a credit structuring professional to join our growing Structured Issuance team within Private Credit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and structuring of sophisticated, rated investment vehicles, including CLOs, CFOs, Rated Note Funds and other bespoke credit structures.

Underlying asset class will span across Partners Group’s Credit investment platform and other asset classes. The role spans the full transaction lifecycle, from initial product design, capital structure development and financial modeling through rating agency engagement, documentation, financing, investor execution and closing.

The professional will work with investment, portfolio management, legal, tax, compliance, fund financing, operations and client teams while coordinating extensively with external counsel, rating agencies, placement agents, financing providers and other transaction counterparties. The position requires a combination of structured-finance technical expertise, complex financial modeling skills, commercial judgment, and transaction-management skills.

Key Responsibilities include
