We are looking for a talented IT Officer to join our IT team, where you will contribute to maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and software to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security. Assist employees with technical support and IT-related inquiries.
Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and security tools. Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place. Collaborate with other teams to support IT needs for projects and digital initiatives. Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and best practices for system administration.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and IT best practices to continuously improve IT infrastructure.
Requirements
