ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 1994 and is backed by decades of dedication, experience, and family legacy. As a second-generation State Farm agent — and now with my daughter also following in my footsteps — insurance and service run deep in our family. We’ve built a trusted, established office where relationships matter and teamwork drives success.

Our team includes seven full-time and one part-time member, many of whom have been with me for over two decades. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
