The Coral Hotel Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Lead Front Office operations to deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Support daily hotel operations and act on behalf of the Front Office Manager when required. Resolve escalated guest concerns and ensure timely service recovery. Monitor lobby operations and guest flow to maintain a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Oversee guest emergency response and incident management. Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members. Conduct team briefings and monitor performance against service standards. Maintain operational logs and communicate key updates to leadership.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently upheld. Support group arrivals, special events, and high-occupancy periods. Promote employee engagement, recognition, and accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum two years of management experience in hospitality or a customer service-focused environment.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management systems. CPR and AED certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
