Intensive Community Team (ICT) Counselor

As an Intensive Community Counselor, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, providing intensive support to individuals experiencing behavioral health, and social difficulties. This role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to individuals with complex needs, often involving high-risk cases or individuals in crisis who are experiencing complex situations that impact their ability to receive traditional outpatient care.
