Full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, team-based environment with established clinical workflows and full clinical support staff.

• Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available

• Base salary starting at $220,000+ based on experience

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license OR ability to obtain Pennsylvania licensure REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration OR ability to obtain DEA registration REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing outpatient primary care across the lifespan REQUIRED
