Growth & Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Growth & Business Development Manager who can connect with farming communities, build meaningful partnerships, and help expand our network of contract growers across our regional footprint. This is more than a traditional business development position. You'll help farmers explore opportunities to grow their operations, strengthen their businesses, and build something meaningful for future generations. You'll also play a strategic role in identifying growth opportunities, developing expansion plans, and helping shape the future of our nursery, finishing, and wean-to-finish operations.
