We set you up for success from day one with paid training, clear goals, and plenty of room to advance! Pay & Perks Great Starting Pay: $20/hr during your first month of paid training, then DOE.($25 per hr cap). Weekends: On-call weekend availability (we service awesome Airbnb properties!) Service Area: Mill Creek, Everett, and surrounding areas. What We Clean: A fun variety of spaces! Residential move-outs, post-construction, routine & deep cleans, commercial businesses, Airbnbs, and more. What We’re Looking For Experience: 6+ months of professional cleaning experience (or 1+ year of relevant cleaning experience).

Reliability: Background check required & reliable transportation to local job sites. Team Mindset: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, customer-first attitude.
