Hindi Voice Process Executive

Job Overview We are looking for a Hindi Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound Client calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of delivering professional Client support through voice communication.

Requirements

Requirements Must be fluent in Hindi (English or regional language skills are an added advantage). Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any discipline). Freshers can apply; experience in Voice Process / Client Support / BPO is preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and patience on calls.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM usage). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
