(2) Special Education 1:1 Classroom Assistant Elementary Level (1) *Funding through sending district Requirements: Appropriate certification Provide one-to-one instructional and behavioral support. Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs and Behavior Intervention Plans. Utilize de-escalation strategies and therapeutic approaches to promote student success.

Reinforce social-emotional learning and the use of self-regulation and coping skills. Collect data on student progress and behavior as directed.
