Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate customer records and update account information. Assist with appointment coordination, order processing, and general administrative tasks.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Deliver outstanding service while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related role is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and online communication tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
