Job Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will assist with meal service,serving residents, and maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment in our dining areas.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent Must be able to follow oral and written instructions Must have patience, tact, and enthusiasm Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on facility policies, procedures, and best practices Exhibit a strong commitment to resident-centered care, demonstrating empathy, kindness, and respect for the dignity of each individual Maintain a safe and engaging environment for residents Benefits: $16.
