What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, dealerships, insurance professionals, fleet accounts, businesses, and community organizations Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts Represent Kaizen Collision Center throughout the Las Vegas market Visit existing and prospective partners on a regular schedule Attend networking events, community functions, and occasional weekend events Collaborate with local shop leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience Track activity, manage your territory, and help drive continued market growth What We're Looking For Previous experience in outside sales, account management, business development, customer success, or relationship management Automotive experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable meeting new people and developing long-term business relationships Knowledge of the Las Vegas market is a plus What We Offer Starting salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commission Car allowance Comprehensive health benefits with a $0 deductible medical plan Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities with one of the nation's fastest-growing collision repair companies Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend networking or community events.
