Foreclosure Paralegal
Job description
The Foreclosure Paralegal will be responsible for managing the foreclosure caseload for the Legal/Default team, including working with in-house counsel, outside counsel and RCN Capital's investor partners. Using elevated knowledge of the foreclosure process, this role will provide communication to all parties regarding foreclosure procedures, oversee management of REO properties, and provide assistance and support to the Legal/Default team.
