Implementation & Support Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in application software implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in the implementation and support of CBUAE Payment Systems (ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS, and IPP).

Experience with .Net/.Net Core technology Requirements Experience with application servers, SQL databases, and writing basic SQL queries. Familiarity with APIs, web services, and application integration. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting SIT/UAT and resolving application issues. Knowledge of cloud platforms would be an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Willingness to travel for customer implementation/support when required. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
