Who We Want We want an analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our growing Arrive Fresh division. You’ll own a portfolio of temperature-controlled and perishable cargo claims, protecting Arrive’s financial position while serving as a responsive, trusted partner to our customers and carriers.

You bring hands-on claims experience and a working knowledge of cargo liability, PACA, and food safety rules, and you’re eager to deepen your cold-chain expertise. You move with urgency when perishable freight is at risk, communicate clearly under pressure, and know when to escalate. Your follow-through and collaborative approach will help Arrive Fresh scale and strengthen our reputation as a premier cold-chain partner.
