Detailed copy of valid CA Education Specialist Mild to Moderate Support Needs Instruction Credential or Education Specialist Mild/Moderate Disabilities Instruction Credential with Education Specialist Bridge – Mild to Moderate Support Needs Authorization. Please Do NOT attach the credential certificate copy. *See below on how to obtain your detailed credential.
6. Copy of: EL Authorization (if included on your credential, copy of credential will be sufficient.)
7. Copy of: Added Autism Authorization Spectrum Credential

• AAAS (if included on your credential, copy of credential will be sufficient.)

1. If you are Intern Credential Eligible, please include a current eligibility letter from your credential program.
2. If you will be credentialed, please include a letter from your university. Your letter must state when you will earn your Mild/Moderate Credential with AAAS and EL Authorization. To obtain a copy of your detailed credential, please go to: 1. www.ctc.ca.gov
3. Click on "Search for an Educator"
4. Enter your "Social Security Number and Birth Date"
5. Select your valid teaching credential for this position and print.
