A Schedule That Supports Work-Life Balance No nights No weekends No holidays Daytime outpatient clinic hours What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, safe, and high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple medical specialties.

Triage patient calls, portal messages, and clinical concerns and determine appropriate follow-up. Assess patient needs and communicate relevant clinical information to providers. Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to orders and scope of practice. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical needs.

Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care. Coordinate laboratory testing, imaging, referrals, and other aspects of patient care. Review and communicate test results and follow up with patients as directed by the provider. Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition requiring additional assessment or intervention.

Provide telephone and electronic clinical support to patients. Document patient assessments, interventions, education, and communications accurately in the electronic medical record. Support clinic workflow and provide coverage across different specialties based on staffing needs. Adapt to different providers, workflows, patient populations, and specialty-specific needs.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Assistants, and other members of the healthcare team. Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies. Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current BLS certification. Previous outpatient or ambulatory nursing experience preferred. Multispecialty clinic experience is a plus. Strong assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.

Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team. Why Join Our Multispecialty Team?
