As a Sales Assistant based in Watford you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations. Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value. Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders. This is a permanent, part time role, 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 07:00AM - 11:00AM. Saturday working on router bases 08:00AM - 12:00PM. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficial. Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position. Great communication skills and a customer-first approach. Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch.
