D365 Commerce & Supply Chain Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specializing in Commerce (Retail) and Supply Chain Management. The role involves delivering implementations, optimizing business processes, and supporting clients in enhancing their retail and supply chain operations.

Essential Functions

Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 Commerce and SCM solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Configure modules including Retail, Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, and Order Management. Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ongoing operations and system issues.

Ensure proper documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically in Commerce (Retail) and SCM modules.

Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle D365 implementation. Solid understanding of business process re-engineering and ERP best practices. Experience working with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
