Night Duty Manager- Westmorland Hotel

You will be the friendly face greeting our late night arrivals and ensuring they have everything they need before they settle down for the night or checking out any early morning departures. You will t ake sole responsibility for the hotel from the hours of 11pm to 7am and so will be a multi tasker and happy to juggle tasks Your responsibilities include; Complete 3 security walk around within the shift to ensure the building is secure To complete daily cleaning tasks in-line with the daily check sheet To learn the basics of the hotel reservations system, to enable you to check in, check out and print guest bills Bar service Basic food preparation (soup & sandwiches) and service Complete First Aid and Fire training to enable you to deal with emergencies #WFHP
