What You'll Do

You'll work within an assigned territory and connect directly with business owners and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and present supplemental insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities

Prospect for new business opportunities within your assigned territory Conduct business-to-business cold calling and outreach Connect with small and medium-sized businesses Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers Learn and present supplemental insurance products and coverage options Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Build and maintain long-term professional relationships Develop and manage your own book of business Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments Review existing client needs and identify additional opportunities Respond to client emails and phone calls professionally Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For You don't need years of sales or insurance experience to succeed.
