Business Consultant

This position serves as the senior business consultant and subject matter expert for Group Benefits Administration and Billing, providing strategic leadership on operational improvements, technology solutions, and business initiatives. The role is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing solutions for departmental and cross-functional challenges, driving efficiencies, mitigating risk, and enhancing the client experience.

Acting as the primary business lead this role provides expert guidance, leads issue resolution, influences system enhancements, and develops organizational capability to support sustainable business outcomes.
