Senior Finance Systems & AI Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and other Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges Analyze existing Finance processes, identify gaps and manual activities, and design scalable solutions Translate Finance requirements into system configurations, workflows, controls, reports, and automation Lead implementation projects from requirements definition and solution design through testing, UAT, deployment, and adoption Ensure implemented solutions support accounting requirements, internal controls, data accuracy, and audit readiness Document implemented processes, system logic, controls, and user procedures Serve as Finance's hands-on Net.

Suite implementation expert — designing and implementing configurations, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and approval processes Improve the use of Net. Suite across Finance and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual work Support the implementation of new Net. Suite modules and functionality, coordinating system changes and integrations with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners Lead testing, UAT, issue resolution, and user training for Finance-related system changes Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation across Finance; evaluate, select, and implement AI-based tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and decision-making Build or implement AI-enabled workflows for reconciliations, month-end close support, journal-entry review, variance/anomaly detection, forecasting, and management reporting Develop AI assistants or agents that can securely analyze financial information, answer Finance-related questions, generate reports, and flag items requiring review Establish validation, access, and control mechanisms for the use of AI in Finance, and continuously monitor and improve implemented solutions Support Finance-related integrations between Net.

Suite and systems such as Salesforce, Deal. Hub, Combitas, banking platforms, procurement tools, and reporting solutions Define data flows, business rules, controls, and reconciliation requirements, working with internal IT teams and external vendors on technical integration activities Develop Finance dashboards and self-service reporting where required

Requirements

Technical Skills 7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processes Strong hands-on Net. Suite implementation and configuration experience Demonstrated experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutions Practical experience automating Finance or accounting processes Strong understanding of core accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial data Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end — requirements gathering, process design, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and user training Hands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or advanced workflow-automation solutions in a business environment Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or automation platforms Familiarity with SQL, data models, BI tools, or scripting languages Understanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and secure access to enterprise data is an advantage Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage Experience with Suite.

Flow, Suite. Analytics, Suite. Talk, or Suite. Script is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field CPA, MBA, Net. Suite certification, or relevant systems and AI certifications are an advantage Soft Skills Ability to work directly with Finance users and independently drive solutions from concept through implementation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and technology teams Ability to identify appropriate Finance use cases for AI and convert them into practical, controlled solutions Nice to Have / Advantage Experience working within a corporate Finance organization or implementing solutions directly for Finance teams Experience in a technology, manufacturing, inventory-based, or multinational company Experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, intercompany processes, and multi-subsidiary ERP environments Experience integrating Net.
