Experience Designer (Community Focus)用户体验设计师

Design community and content ecosystem experiences, covering content publishing, recommendation, interaction, creator growth, and other core modules ;

Design interaction mechanisms such as likes, comments, follows, tasks, and events ;

Optimize content consumption flows to increase dwell time and conversion efficiency;

Design experiences for creator tools, user profiles, content display, etc;

Continuously iterate based on user and data feedback, and collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams for execution. 1、社区与内容生态体验设计，覆盖内容发布、推荐、互动、创作者成长等核心模块； 2、点赞、评论、关注、任务、活动等互动机制设计； 3、优化内容消费链路，提升停留时长与转化效率； 4、设计创作者工具、个人主页、内容展示等体验 ； 5、基于用户与数据反馈持续迭代，与产品、运营、研发协作落地。

3+ years of experience in internet product experience design;

Experience with community, content, or creator platforms preferred; experience with AI products, UGC communities, or creator platforms is a plus;

Understanding of content ecosystems, user growth, and community atmosphere; knowledge of recommendation mechanisms or community operations is a plus;

Ability to independently lead the full design process from strategy to UI, with attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of user experience;

Interest in AI, AIGC, 3D, or emerging content platforms;

International design experience, motion graphics/3D/visual expression skills, or deep experience using AI products are pluses. 1、3 年以上互联网产品体验设计经验 ； 2、有社区、内容或创作者平台经验，AI 产品 / UGC 社区 / 创作者平台经验优先； 3、理解内容生态、用户增长与社区氛围，对推荐机制或社区运营有认知者优先； 4、能独立完成从策略到 UI 的全流程设计，关注细节并兼顾整体体验 ； 5、对 AI、AIGC、3D 或新型内容平台有兴趣； 6、有国际化设计经验、动效/3D/视觉表达能力、或深度使用过 AI 产品者优先。
